The Differentiated Workforce: Building Strategic Initiatives into HR Programs

It is one thing to have a seat at the strategic management table. It is another to develop, design, and implement HR programs that support the strategic direction of the organization. This presentation is about building strategic initiatives into HR programs. It is about keeping your seat at the strategic management table.

A strategic plan creates a vision of the future. Creating that future requires innovative, creative, and unique HR programs. It requires HR professionals who understand the strategic plan, look forward to and anticipate HR issues that affect the success of the plan, and build HR programs around key positions that make a difference to organizational success.

This presentation will challenge commonly held beliefs about one-size fits all HR programs. You will learn how to look at traditional HR disciplines through the lens of strategic initiatives. You will leave with a new perspective and a renewed commitment to supporting the strategic direction of your organization.
